The Maryland State Council's main social event of the year, the annual Columbus Day Ball, will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the LaFountaine Blue, in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  On behalf of our Worthy State Deputy, Edgar D. Haynes, K.C.H.S., we encourage everyone to attend this gala event and enjoy the opportunity to come together and celebrate friendships, fraternity and pride in our Order.

The cost for this extravaganza will be $42.50 per person.  The event will feature a premium open bar and a deluxe sit-down dinner.  Music will be provided by the Monaldi Brothers.  Black Tie is preferred dress for this event, but business suit is acceptable.

Please send this ticket registration form with payment (checks only) to the address on the form.  Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.  The registration form and your checks must be in our hands no later than September 23, 2007.
